The online File Room is part of an ongoing project which provides documention of censorship in the United States. It contains a list of works of art (books, photos, advertisements, films, and more) which were censored due to their sexual orientation. For each work the date and circumstances surrounding the censorship or censorship attempt are given. Viewers may also move to different topics or submit their own entries.
